About Sussex HIS

Sussex Health Informatics Service (Sussex HIS) provides IT and informatics services to NHS organisations in Sussex as well as providing some services in the wider South East.

We are an NHS member organisation operated by and on behalf of the Trusts we serve.

Risk Prediction Tool


Sussex Combined Predictive Model (SPOKE) - the Sussex Combined model is locally tailored risk prediction tool used by a number of healthcare Trusts in Sussex, Kent and Essex, and is recommended by the Department of Health as an alternative to the national combined model.

0845 845 4488. This service is available 9am-5pm weekdays.
